In consultation you will be able to understand what is happening to you, you will find new tools and you will be able to solve the situation in order to continue growing. You will also be able to learn about yourself and your sexuality if that is the reason why you have come here.

I have prepared this list of questions and answers in which I try to solve the doubts that I most frequently encounter.

What will happen during the session?

During the first session I will collect data about the situation, and we will draw a map that we will work on.

In the next sessions we will review what we have already covered, the proposed exercises and we will continue with the process of incorporating learning.

We conclude with a summary of what we have seen and work for the next session.

Are the sessions confidential?

Yes, in our first session we will sign a confidentiality agreement. If you come as a couple and we also have individual sessions, that material will also be confidential.

How long does each session last?

Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes.

How many sessions do I need?

After the first session I will be able to assess where you are starting from and what your goal is.

There are people who need something very specific and with one or two sessions we have solved their problem while others are looking for a longer accompaniment.

How much does each session cost?

A face-to-face consultation session costs €80 and online €70.

This price includes the follow-up between sessions, the exercises we use during the process.

How often do the sessions take place?

It will depend mainly on how fast you want to progress (within the availability we have to schedule each session).

I usually prefer to leave a week between sessions so that you can incorporate what we have worked on.
