I am a sexologist, and I am dedicated to sexological training and consultation. I accompany all kinds of people to live with confidence and joy within their bodies.

For years I have studied Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) understanding that human behavior can be modeled.

I am a member of these organizations:

Bread & Sex is the brand I created in 2013 to be able to collect different research on sexuality and innovation around the world and since then I use it as a platform to share knowledge.

I participate in different media and since 2010 I collaborate in Cadena Ser doing a weekly program about sexuality.

I speak English, French and Spanish and I can work in all three languages.

And if you want to know a little more about me, apart from my professional career, I was born in Madrid, Spain. I love plants and the sea, and I enjoy doing sports.
