About Me

I am a sexologist, specializing in sexological training and counseling. I accompany all kinds of people to live with confidence and joy within their bodies.

For years, I have studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), understanding that human behavior can be modeled.

I am a member of these organizations:

• Member of the WAS (World Association for Sexual Health)
• Member of AES (Asociación de Especialistas en Sexología)

Bread & Sex is the brand I created in 2013 to gather various research on sexuality and innovation from around the world, and I have since used it as a platform to share knowledge.

I participate in various media outlets, and since 2010, I have collaborated with Cadena Ser, hosting a weekly program about sexuality.

I speak English, French, and Spanish and can work in all three languages.

And if you'd like to know a bit more about me, beyond my professional background: I was born in Madrid, Spain. I really like plants and the sea, and I enjoy doing sports.
